Square in Bruges

Popular spot for tourists groups to gather.

I love to eavesdrop and listen in. 

Sometimes they all have to gather round a person carrying a flag. 

Back to the main square. A lot less crowded than it had been this morning.

This building proudly shows it was built in 1716.

Some of the buildings have the date built clearly marked on them-like we do back home. 

But these are hundreds of years old instead of decades

Statue inset and the flags make it all look so official!
